Bossy has been working in and around radio for over 7 years. Starting his career in Sydney studying at the Australian Film, Television and Radio school while working at Nova 969.

Moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast for the launch of 102.9 Hot Tomato was the next step as an announcer but Bossy also started developing his off air skills in music and programming. After two years on the Gold Coast, Brisbane was calling and the chance to re-join the Nova fold was un missable.

Bossy made the move to Nova 106.9 and since 2005 has been part of the on air lineup. Apart from being on air Bossy also lectures at the school he graduated from in 2003 the AFTRS - Australian Film, Television and Radio School.
